  3. Sign and apply thumb impressions before the Consular Attestation Officer.
  4. Receive official stamped document with security sticker and serial number.
  5. Dispatch to Pakistan via DHL/FedEx for MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) counter-attestation within 120 days.

  4. Affix consular fee stamps at the designated cashier counter.
  5. Send the attested original to your authorized representative in Pakistan for MOFA Camp Office attestation.

Standard Attestation Sequence:
  1. Check jurisdiction based on your US state or Canadian province of residence.
  2. For mail-in attestation, get the document notarized by a local US/Canadian Notary Public and pre-authenticated by Secretary of State / Global Affairs Canada before mailing to the Consulate.
  3. For in-person attestation, visit the consulate with original NICOP and US/Canadian driver license/passport.
  4. Upon return, send to Pakistan for MOFA attestation.
